With the launch of the new iPhone 18 Pro series, Apple has further improved its wired fast-charging speeds. According to Apple, the new models can charge up to 50% in around 15 minutes with a compatible 60W or higher charger supporting AVS (Adjustable Voltage Supply).
AVS is a USB Power Delivery technology that allows chargers to adjust their output voltage according to the device’s needs, rather than relying only on fixed voltage levels. This provides more flexibility in power delivery during charging.
