We would like to share how we tested our Qi2 15W wireless charger(LT-W80). Compact in size (φ60*11mm), it is compatible with many devices, including the iPhone 16 series. With magnetic charging, simply snap the phone onto the charger for a quick and easy connection.
Below are the results from our tests for charging speed, durability, and cable strength.
1. Charging Test: Fast and Reliable Performance
We tested the charging speed using an Apple 20W charger and an iPhone 15 Pro Max (iOS 17.5.1) at 24-26°C. The charger charged the iPhone fully in 2 hours and 28 minutes. This shows the charger’s fast and reliable performance.
2. Continuous Plug and Unplug Test : 5,000 Cycles, No Issues
We tested the cable’s durability by inserting and removing it 5,000 times at a rate of 20 times per minute without any load. After the test, no abnormalities or damage were found, proving the charger’s long-lasting performance.
3. Swing Test: No Damage After 3,000 Swings
In the swing test, a 300g weight was attached to the cable and swung at a 60° angle, 30 times per minute, for 3,000 swings. The charger functioned normally after the test, with no visible damage.
4. Cable Load Test: Withstands 3.5kg Weight
The cable was tested by holding a 3.5kg weight for one minute. After the test, the cable was still able to charge without any issues.
